MyRemoteDr LLC ("MyRemoteDr", "we", "our", or "us") provides a mobile application designed to support Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) by allowing patients to view their health data and receive reminders to record vital signs.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the MyRemoteDr mobile application.
1. Scope of the Mobile Application
The MyRemoteDr mobile app is currently limited to:
• Displaying patient vital sign data and trends
• Allowing users to configure and receive daily reminders to record their vital signs
2. Information We Collect
a. Account Information:
• Username (used to authenticate users and identify accounts)
Users of the mobile application are pre-registered through healthcare organizations using the MyRemoteDr platform.
For account recovery, users may initiate a password reset process using their username. Verification is completed through secure methods managed by the MyRemoteDr backend (such as SMS verification), based on information already associated with the account.
The mobile application does not require users to directly enter personal information such as name, email address, or phone number. It accesses limited account information necessary for authentication and account management.
b. Health Data:
• Vital signs (such as blood pressure, glucose, oxygen saturation, respiratory data and weight)
• Historical trends and graphical representations of patient data
c. Device and Technical Data
• Device type and operating system
• IP address and system logs
3. Data from Connected Devices
MyRemoteDr obtains health data through integrations with medical device manufacturers and their platforms (such as Omron, Withings, and Transtek).
This data is collected by those manufacturer platforms and securely transmitted to the MyRemoteDr backend through authorized integrations.
The mobile application does not directly collect or transmit data from medical devices. It only displays health data that has been previously processed and stored within the MyRemoteDr platform.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected data to:
• Display patient health data and trends
• Allow authenticated users to securely access their health data
• Send daily reminders to encourage recording of health data
• Maintain system functionality and security
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
The mobile application does not perform billing services.
5. Notifications
The app may send notifications to remind users to record their vital signs.
These notifications are:
• Configurable by the user
• Used solely for healthcare-related purposes
• Not used for marketing or advertising

If a user wishes to access, correct, or request deletion of their data, they should contact their healthcare provider or organization, which is responsible for managing patient records within the MyRemoteDr platform. For users between the ages of 13 and 17, any requests related to data access, correction, or deletion must be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or the associated healthcare provider.

11. Use by Minors
The MyRemoteDr mobile application is not directed to children under the age of 13. For users between the ages of 13 and 17, the application is intended to be used under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or healthcare provider.
Accounts are created and managed by healthcare organizations, and any access to patient data is controlled by such organizations in accordance with applicable regulations.
12. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by visiting:

Account deletion requests are handled in coordination with the associated healthcare provider, in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations and data retention requirements.
MyRemoteDr integrates with medical device manufacturer platforms (such as Omron, Withings, and Transtek) to retrieve authorized patient health data.
Data is accessed only with proper authorization and is used exclusively for healthcare monitoring purposes.
14. No Advertising Use of Data
MyRemoteDr does not use personal or health data for advertising or marketing purposes.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
